De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek offers a legal internship (stage) in our Corporate / M&A practice group in Amsterdam for law students in their final year of study.
About the Internship
During your 6-month stage at De Brauw, you will work alongside experienced advocaten on live M&A transactions, corporate restructurings, and private equity deals. You will conduct legal research, draft memoranda, assist with due diligence, and attend client meetings. This stage provides excellent preparation for a career as an advocaat at a top-tier Dutch law firm.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Master of Law (meester in de rechten) programme at a Dutch university
- Strong academic record with focus on corporate or commercial law
- Available for a full-time stage of 6 months
- Excellent Dutch and English language skills
- Motivated, analytical, and eager to learn

- Monthly internship stipend of EUR 800 to EUR 1,200
