Yigal Arnon & Co is offering a staj (legal internship/articles) position in its renowned Litigation & Public Law practice in Jerusalem. Yigal Arnon's Jerusalem office is uniquely positioned near the Supreme Court, Knesset, and government ministries, providing staj participants with exposure to Israel's most significant public law and constitutional cases.

What You Will Do

  • Assist on Supreme Court (Bagatz) petitions and responses involving constitutional and administrative law
  • Support commercial litigation cases before the Jerusalem District Court
  • Draft legal memoranda, pleadings, and research papers on Israeli civil procedure and public law
  • Attend court hearings at the Supreme Court, District Court, and administrative tribunals
  • Conduct research on Israeli Basic Laws, administrative law, and government procurement regulations
  • Participate in Yigal Arnon's structured mentoring program and professional development seminars

Requirements

  • LLB from a recognized Israeli law faculty with strong academic results (Hebrew University preferred for Jerusalem position)
  • Interest in litigation, public law, constitutional law, and administrative law
  • Strong Hebrew legal writing and analytical skills
  • English proficiency required
  • Must be eligible for staj registration with the Israel Bar Association
  • Prior moot court, law review, or clinical legal education experience is valued
