Legal Internship – Automotive Manufacturing

Volkswagen Slovakia offers a legal internship at its component production operations in the Žilina region. Interns will gain hands-on experience in manufacturing law, supply chain contracts, and environmental compliance within one of Central Europe's most productive automotive corridors.

The Žilina region, home to KIA Slovakia and numerous automotive suppliers, is the heart of Slovakia's northwestern manufacturing belt. This internship provides unique exposure to the legal aspects of automotive component production, including supplier agreements, workplace safety, and environmental permitting.

Assist with reviewing supplier contracts and commercial agreements for component production. Support environmental compliance monitoring and documentation. Research Slovak workplace safety regulations and automotive industry standards. Help maintain contract management databases and filing systems. Attend internal legal team meetings and factory orientation. Assist with translation and coordination of documents between Žilina and Bratislava offices.

Currently enrolled at a Slovak law faculty. Interest in commercial law, environmental law, or manufacturing industry. Basic knowledge of the Obchodný zákonník. Slovak and English required; German a bonus. Available for minimum 3 months.
