Internship Description

Cytonn Investments, a leading investment management and real estate development company, is offering a Legal Internship opportunity. The intern will assist with reviewing, drafting, and revising contracts, and gain exposure to corporate legal work across Litigation, Conveyancing, Arbitration, and Commercial law.

Responsibilities

Assist with reviewing, drafting, and revising contracts. Support the legal team across Litigation, Conveyancing, Arbitration, and Commercial law matters. Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda. Assist with regulatory compliance and corporate governance tasks.

Requirements

Second-Class LLB degree from a recognized university. Completed Kenya School of Law academic programme including Pupillage. Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with at least 1 year post-admission experience. B+ and above in O-levels/high school.
