Slovak Telekom offers a legal internship at its Regional Network and Infrastructure office in Košice. Interns will gain exposure to the legal aspects of telecommunications network deployment, rights-of-way agreements, and infrastructure contracts in eastern Slovakia, one of the priority areas for 5G rollout and fibre-optic expansion.
As part of Deutsche Telekom Group, Slovak Telekom provides interns with experience in infrastructure law, municipal relations, and construction permitting. The Košice office manages network legal matters for the entire eastern Slovak region, offering hands-on involvement in real legal projects.
Responsibilities
Assist with drafting and reviewing rights-of-way and land access agreements. Support construction permit applications for telecom infrastructure projects. Research Slovak municipal regulations affecting network deployment. Help maintain infrastructure contract databases and filing systems. Attend meetings with local authorities and property owners as an observer. Support the regional legal team with document translation and coordination.
Requirements
Currently enrolled at a Slovak law faculty. Interest in infrastructure law, real estate, or telecommunications regulation. Basic knowledge of Slovak construction and administrative law. Slovak and English fluency; German a bonus. Available for minimum 3 months.
