Legal Trainee — Commercial Law

Hassan Radhi & Associates offers a 12-month Legal Trainee programme at its headquarters in the Diplomatic Area, Manama. This is a paid traineeship designed for recently qualified Bahraini law graduates seeking to gain hands-on experience in commercial law, banking, and dispute resolution under the supervision of senior partners.

Programme Details

• Duration: 12 months (renewable)
• Stipend: BHD 300-500 per month
• Start: Rolling applications — positions available quarterly
• Eligibility: Recent LLB graduates from a Bahraini or GCC-accredited university

What You Will Learn

• Draft commercial contracts, corporate resolutions, and legal opinions under partner supervision
• Attend court hearings at the Bahrain Court Complex and observe arbitration proceedings at the BCDR-AAA
• Research Bahraini legislation including the Commercial Companies Law and Civil Code
• Assist on banking and finance transactions
• Develop bilingual (Arabic/English) legal drafting skills

• Support 2-3 senior lawyers on active matters
• Prepare case summaries and legal research memoranda
• Attend client meetings and take notes
• Organise and maintain case files

• LLB from the University of Bahrain, Royal University for Women, Bahrain Polytechnic, or a recognised GCC/international university
• Bahraini national (preferred) or GCC national
• Strong academic record
• Bilingual in Arabic and English
• Genuine interest in commercial and banking law
