Trainees gain courtroom experience by attending hearings at the Amman Court of First Instance and the Court of Appeal, while also handling trademark prosecution work with the Industrial Property Protection Directorate.

What You Will Learn

• Court advocacy skills and hearing preparation at Amman courts
• Drafting pleadings, legal opinions, and arbitration submissions
• Trademark searches and registration procedures with the IPPD
• Client interviewing and case assessment techniques

Eligibility

• Recent LLB graduate seeking admission to the Jordan Bar Association
• Interest in litigation, dispute resolution, or intellectual property
• Strong written and oral communication skills in Arabic and English
• Available for a 12-month full-time commitment
