Internship Description

MTRH Eldoret offers a 6-month pupillage programme accredited by the Kenya School of Law. Pupil advocates gain hands-on experience in health law, public procurement, employment law, and institutional litigation under the supervision of the Directorate of Legal Services.

Responsibilities

Assist with drafting contracts, MOUs, and legal opinions, Attend court proceedings alongside supervising advocates, Research health sector regulations and compliance requirements, Support disciplinary and employment dispute proceedings, Review procurement documentation

Requirements

LLB from a recognized university, Postgraduate Diploma in Law from KSL or awaiting results, Strong academic record, Interest in health law or public sector practice
