Internship Description
IKM Advocates, a leading full-service law firm, invites applications for its 2026 pupillage intake. The programme offers structured rotation across Corporate & Commercial, Banking & Finance, Real Estate, Dispute Resolution, and Employment & Immigration. IKM has been ranked by Chambers and IFLR1000 for multiple practice areas.
Responsibilities
Assist in drafting legal documents including contracts, opinions, and pleadings. Conduct legal research using Kenya Law Reports and international databases. Attend court and tribunal proceedings. Participate in client meetings and due diligence exercises. Receive formal training through IKM's internal legal education programme.
Requirements
LLB from a recognized university with at least Second Class Honours (Upper Division). Completed Kenya School of Law ATP. Strong analytical, research, and communication skills. Demonstrable interest in corporate/commercial law.
