Stage Eleve-Avocat — Corporate/M&A

Bredin Prat offers a prestigious Stage final (stage de 6 mois) for eleves-avocats in its Corporate/M&A department. This paid stage is based at the firm's headquarters on rue de Monceau in the 8th arrondissement of Paris. As a stagiaire at one of France's most elite firms, you will gain hands-on experience in major corporate transactions under the supervision of leading avocats.

What You Will Do

• Assist avocats on live M&A transactions, including drafting transaction documents
• Conduct legal research on French corporate law and securities regulation
• Prepare due diligence reports and board documentation under the Code de commerce
• Attend client meetings and participate in transaction negotiations
• Draft memoranda on regulatory questions for AMF filings

Eligibility

• Currently enrolled at the EFB (Ecole de Formation du Barreau) or equivalent
• Passed the CRFPA exam (Certificat d'aptitude a la profession d'avocat)
• Master 2 in Business Law (Droit des affaires) from a top French university
• Strong academic record; previous stage at a corporate firm preferred
• Fluent French and English

Duration: 6 months (stage final PPI or stage conventionnel)

Compensation: Paid — EUR 2,500-3,500/month (gratification de stage)
