Stage Juriste — Corporate Law (Lyon)

Fidal's Lyon office offers a 6-month Stage for law students in its Corporate Law department. Based in France's second city and a thriving regional business hub, this paid stage provides hands-on exposure to mid-market corporate transactions and business advisory for Lyon's diverse business community.

What You Will Do

• Assist avocats with corporate transactions including share transfers and business disposals
• Draft corporate documentation including board minutes, articles of association amendments, and AGM resolutions
• Conduct legal due diligence on target companies under the Code de commerce
• Research corporate law questions and prepare memoranda
• Attend client meetings alongside supervising avocats

Eligibility

• Master 1 or Master 2 student in Business Law at Lyon III, Lyon II, or equivalent
• Strong academic record and genuine interest in corporate law
• Previous internship in a legal environment preferred
• Fluent French; English proficiency a plus
• Available for a minimum 4-month commitment

Duration: 4-6 months

Compensation: Paid — EUR 1,200-1,500/month (convention de stage)
