Summer Legal Intern

Al Tamimi & Company's Bahrain office in the Bahrain Financial Harbour offers a paid 8-week Summer Legal Internship for law students completing their 3rd or 4th year of study. The programme provides exposure to a full-service international law firm practice across corporate, construction, and dispute resolution.

Programme Details

• Duration: 8 weeks (June-August 2026)
• Stipend: BHD 200-350 per month
• Start: June 2026
• Eligibility: 3rd or 4th year LLB students at a Bahraini or GCC-accredited university

What You Will Learn

• Rotate through Corporate, Construction, and Dispute Resolution departments
• Attend client meetings, court hearings, and arbitration proceedings
• Draft research memoranda on Bahraini commercial law topics
• Participate in the firm's regional training programme via video conference

• Assist associates on active matters across 3 practice groups
• Prepare legal research and case summaries
• Shadow senior lawyers at court and arbitration hearings
• Present a research paper at the end of the programme

• Currently enrolled in an LLB programme at a recognised university
• Completed at least 2 years of legal studies
• Bilingual in Arabic and English
• Strong research and writing skills
• Cover letter and academic transcript required
