Job Description
Specialized Experience: Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position and is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled. FV-H: To qualify for this position at the FV-H (FG/GS-12) level, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the FV-G (FG/GS-10-11) level. Specialized Experience for FV-H includes experience applying management principles, practices, methods, and techniques to solve the problems of the organization; experience integrating management services with the general management of an organization; experience developing and securing the fiscal and business resources and services needed to manage and run an organization; experience performing systematic general management reviews and audits to reach conclusions and make recommendations. FV-G: To qualify for this position at the FV-G (FG/GS 10-11) level, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to the FV-F (FG/GS-5-9) level. Specialized Experience for FV-G includes experience applying management principles, methods, and techniques to solve the problems of the organization; experience with the general management of an organization; and experience developing and securing for the fiscal and business resources and services needed to manage and operate an organization. FV-F: To qualify for this position at the FV-F (FG/GS 5-9) level, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess three (3) years of general experience of which one (1) year was equivalent to the FG/GS-4 level. Specialized Experience for FV-F includes analyzing problems to identify significant factors, gathering pertinent data, and recognizing solutions; planning and organizing work; and communicating effectively orally and in writing. Qualification requirements must be met by the closing date of this vacancy announcement.
