Job Description
A. Alibhai and Associates Advocates, a busy conveyancing firm expanding into commercial litigation, is seeking a qualified Advocate Associate. The role involves handling commercial litigation cases, tax disputes, and property disputes. This position offers a clear path to associateship or partnership within the firm for the right candidate with an existing clientele base.
Responsibilities
Handle commercial litigation cases from inception to resolution. Manage tax disputes and property dispute litigation. Develop and maintain client relationships. Represent clients in the High Court and appellate courts. Contribute to firm's expansion into commercial litigation practice area.
Requirements
Practising Advocate of the High Court of Kenya. Minimum 5 years post-admission court experience in commercial litigation. Proven track record of winning commercial litigation cases. Existing clientele base preferred. Bachelor's degree in Law.
