Job Description

A reputable law firm is seeking Advocates for its offices in Mombasa, Muranga, and Nanyuki. The role involves representing clients in court, drafting legal documents including pleadings, contracts and legal opinions, providing legal advice and litigation strategies, conducting legal research, and preparing case files for hearings and trials.

Responsibilities

Represent clients in court proceedings across civil and criminal matters. Draft pleadings, contracts, legal opinions, and other legal documents. Provide legal advice and develop litigation strategies. Conduct legal research and prepare case files. Manage client relationships and court diary.

Requirements

LLB from a recognized university. Admitted to the Roll of Advocates of the High Court of Kenya. Valid practicing certificate. Minimum 3 years post-admission experience. Strong litigation and advocacy skills.
