Job Description

PRK Partners Bratislava is recruiting an Advokát to join its EU and Competition Law practice. You will advise on Slovak and EU antitrust matters, merger control filings with the Protimonopolný úrad SR (Slovak Antimonopoly Office), and state aid compliance from our Bratislava office.

This role offers exposure to high-profile competition investigations in the Slovak market. You will collaborate with the PRK Partners Prague office on multi-jurisdictional merger filings and dawn raid preparedness across the Czech-Slovak corridor, leveraging both firms' combined CEE competition expertise.

Responsibilities

Prepare merger control filings for the Protimonopolný úrad SR and the European Commission. Advise on antitrust compliance programs and dawn raid response protocols. Draft leniency applications and settlement submissions. Represent clients in cartel investigations and abuse of dominance proceedings. Conduct competition law due diligence for M&A transactions across Slovakia and the CEE region.

Requirements

SAK-registered Advokát with 3-6 years of competition law experience. Knowledge of Zákon o ochrane hospodárskej súťaže (Competition Act) and EU competition regulations (Articles 101-102 TFEU). Experience with Protimonopolný úrad proceedings preferred. Fluent Slovak and English; Czech advantageous.
