The Role:
Working closely with Quality and Operational Leadership to establish a structured Quality management framework for JLL’s Shared Services / GCC Operations Globally. Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems while ensuring compliance with industry standards and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement end-to-end quality assurance and quality control strategies, policies, and procedures to drive operational excellence and elevate stakeholder satisfaction
- Conduct regular process reviews, inspections, and performance evaluations to identify improvement areas and mitigate risk
- Collaborate with Global Transition Services and Operations teams to establish quality assurance practices aligned with the Shared Services / GCC Quality framework
- Support implementation of quality framework across multiple transitions and operations teams simultaneously
- Foster a culture of quality through awareness programs, training, and customer-centric initiatives
- Analyze data, identify trends, and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Monitor and report quality framework deployment progress to senior management
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to quality management in Real Estate and JBS-supported processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in quality assurance/quality control roles, preferably in shared services or real estate operations
- Professional certification in Quality Management (ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, Six Sigma, CQA, or equivalent)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in quality management tools and data analysis
- Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is advantageous)
