Job Description

Required Qualifications: Applicants must possess a J.D. Degree, be an active member of the bar (any U.S. jurisdiction), and have at least 1 year post-J.D. legal or other relevant experience. United States citizenship is required. Preferred Qualifications: Strong academic credentials; sound judgment; experienced in Texas property law, real estate, and/or title work; exercises careful attention to detail in all work product; exceptional organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills; demonstrates initiative and can manage responsibilities independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment; superior legal research and writing skills; strong ability to quickly analyze complex case issues with accuracy and precision; demonstrated commitment to professionalism, ethics, civility, and public service. Successful candidates will be technologically proficient in standard office productivity software, familiar with navigating online public record databases, and possess strong presentation development and delivery skills. You must meet all qualification requirements upon the closing date of this announcement. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
