Job Description
Required Qualifications: Applicants must possess a J.D. Degree, be an active member of the bar (any U.S. jurisdiction), and have at least one (1) year post-J.D. legal or other relevant experience. Applicant must possess superior oral and written communication skills, as well as strong character and interpersonal skills; have demonstrated the capacity to function, with minimal guidance, in a highly demanding environment. United States citizenship is required for consideration. Preferred Qualifications: Outstanding academic record; complex litigation experience involving white collar or civil litigation; exceptional research and writing ability; the ability to successfully represent the interest of the United States in federal court; the ability to handle and successfully manage a heavy case load involving complex cases. You must meet all qualification requirements upon the closing date of this announcement.
