Job Description
Kipkenda & Company Advocates is seeking an Associate Advocate to join the litigation and dispute resolution practice in the Eldoret office. You will manage a caseload of commercial disputes, employment matters, and land cases in the Eldoret High Court and subordinate courts.
Responsibilities
Represent clients in the Eldoret High Court and Magistrate's Courts, Draft pleadings, affidavits, and legal opinions, Conduct legal research on commercial and property disputes, Attend court hearings and mediations, Manage client relationships in the North Rift region
Requirements
LLB degree, Admitted to the Kenya Bar, 1-3 years PQE in litigation, Excellent advocacy and research skills, Familiarity with the Eldoret court system preferred
