Associate Attorney (Employment Law)

A growing employment law firm, headquartered in California, is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their expanding team.

About the Position:

The fully remote role is based in Portland, Oregon and offers the opportunity to work on high-impact litigation against regional, national, and Fortune 500 companies across a range of industries.

The Associate Attorney will manage a diverse and active caseload in both federal and state courts. This position has a focus on prosecuting consumer and employment class and representative actions, involving wage and hour violations, unfair business practices, discrimination, and false advertising claims.

Annual Salary Range: $130,000 to $170,000

Qualifications:

• Active license to practice law in Oregon.
• Minimum of 1 years of civil litigation experience.
• Experience with discovery, motion practice, depositions, & court appearances.
• Background in class actions, complex litigation, and wage and hour litigation preferred.
• Excellent communication, writing, and time management skills
• High attention to detail & ability to manage multiple priorities.
• willingness to travel occasionally.
