Job Description
Al Tamimi & Company's Amman office in the Abdali Boulevard area seeks an Associate to join its Real Estate & Construction practice group. You will advise on major property developments, construction contracts, and project finance across Jordan, including developments in the Aqaba Special Economic Zone and Amman's Abdali regeneration project.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate EPC contracts, lease agreements, and development agreements
- Advise on land registration and title due diligence under the Jordanian Land Registration Law
- Handle construction disputes and FIDIC contract interpretation
- Advise investors on freehold/leasehold structures in the Aqaba SEZ
- Coordinate with the Department of Lands and Survey on property transfers
Requirements
- LLB from a recognised university
- Admitted to the Jordan Bar Association
- 3-6 years PQE in real estate or construction law
- Knowledge of FIDIC contracts
- Arabic and English fluency required
Responsibilities
