SK-16: Applicant must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS/SK-14 level. Specialized experience includes: Providing advice on issues and policies related to Federal ethics laws, statutes, rules, and regulations; and coordinating with stakeholders to administer and manage a significant program.
