Job Description
Gide Loyrette Nouel seeks an Avocat to join its Banking & Finance (Droit bancaire et financier) practice in Paris. The role involves advising major French and international banks on leveraged finance, structured finance, and regulatory matters under AMF and ACPR supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate credit facility agreements, security packages, and intercreditor arrangements
- Advise on French banking regulation including compliance with ACPR requirements
- Structure complex financing transactions including project finance and acquisition finance
- Advise on securitization and structured products under French law
- Work with Gide's network of offices on cross-border financing
Requirements
- Master 2 in Banking/Finance Law from a top French university
- Barreau de Paris admission
- 3-5 years PQE in banking and finance at a leading firm
- Strong knowledge of LMA documentation and French security law
- Bilingual French/English essential
