Job Description
De Pardieu Brocas Maffei seeks an Avocat for its Real Estate (Droit immobilier) practice at its office on avenue de Friedland in the 8th arrondissement of Paris, near the Place de l'Etoile. You will advise institutional investors, REITs, and developers on complex real estate transactions across France, including acquisitions, dispositions, and development projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Structure and execute real estate acquisitions and dispositions under French law
- Advise on SCPI and OPCI fund structures for institutional real estate investment
- Draft and negotiate commercial leases (bail commercial) under the Code de commerce
- Handle real estate due diligence including title review, planning law, and environmental compliance
- Advise on construction law (CCMI, VEFA) and development agreements
Requirements
- Master 2 in Real Estate Law (Droit immobilier) or Business Law
- Barreau de Paris admission
- 3-6 years PQE in real estate transactions at a leading firm or notarial practice
- Knowledge of French urbanisme law and environmental regulations
- Bilingual French/English
