Job Description

Bogdanović, Dolički & Partners is looking for a Banking & Finance Lawyer to advise banks, financial institutions, and corporate borrowers on secured and unsecured lending, project finance, and regulatory matters under Croatian and EU financial services law.

Responsibilities

Draft and review loan agreements, security documents, and intercreditor agreements. Advise on regulatory compliance for banks and financial institutions. Support project finance and structured finance transactions. Conduct legal opinions on enforceability of security interests. Liaise with HANFA and CNB on regulatory filings.

Requirements

Law degree and Croatian Bar admission. 3-6 years of experience in banking and finance law. Solid understanding of Croatian Banking Act, HANFA regulations, and EU banking directives. Strong English language skills. Experience with loan documentation and security packages.
