Banking & Finance Senior Associate — YKVN Lawyers, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City

You will advise commercial banks, international lenders, and borrowers on syndicated lending, secured transactions, and regulatory compliance under the Law on Credit Institutions 2024.

• Lead the structuring and documentation of syndicated loan facilities and bilateral lending transactions
• Advise on security packages including mortgages, pledges of shares, and assignments of receivables
• Review compliance with SBV regulations on borrowing limits, interest rate caps, and foreign currency lending
• Draft legal opinions for lenders and borrowers on Vietnamese law matters
• Supervise mid-level associates and Tập sự on banking transactions
• Develop and maintain key client relationships with domestic and international banks

• 6-10 years' PQE in banking and finance law
• Admitted to the Liên đoàn Luật sư Việt Nam
• In-depth knowledge of the Law on Credit Institutions 2024, Civil Code 2015, and Land Law 2024
• Experience with syndicated loans, project finance, and asset-backed lending
• Strong understanding of State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) regulations on lending and foreign exchange
• Fluent Vietnamese and English with excellent drafting skills
