Real Estate & Construction Associate — YKVN Lawyers, Da Nang

YKVN is establishing a presence in Da Nang to serve the booming real estate and tourism development market in central Vietnam. You will advise developers, investors, and lenders on resort and residential projects, land use rights, and construction contracts.

Da Nang and the surrounding region (Hoi An, Hue) are experiencing rapid tourism-driven development. This role offers first-mover advantage in building a real estate practice in a high-growth market.

• Advise on land acquisition, leasing, and land use right transfers for development projects
• Draft and review construction contracts, architect agreements, and project management agreements
• Handle regulatory approvals with Da Nang People's Committee and provincial planning authorities
• Advise foreign investors on ownership structures and condotel regulations
• Support project finance transactions by reviewing security over land use rights and future assets
• Conduct due diligence on development sites and existing projects for acquisition clients

• 3-6 years' PQE in real estate, construction, or property development law
• Strong knowledge of Land Law 2024, Construction Law 2014, Tourism Law 2017, and Housing Law 2023
• Experience with resort and hotel development projects
• Familiarity with coastal land use regulations and environmental clearance procedures

• Fluent Vietnamese; working English for foreign investor clients
