グローバル輸出管理責任者として、あなたは、住宅および軽商用ビル向けヒーティング・換気・空調（HVAC）ソリューションのグローバルビジネスにおける事業活動に関連する輸出管理リスクの監視、評価、管理を担当します。この事業は、ボッシュグループのエネルギー・建築技術事業部門の一部です。以下の職務を担当頂きます：

• グローバルおよび各国の輸出管理規制・方針の遵守に対する責任
• 提案される規則/規制変更の積極的な監視と追跡、組織への影響の伝達、および輸出コンプライアンスリスクを軽減するためのソリューションの提供
• 担当分野におけるボッシュグローバル標準および手順の要件の実装と監視、ならびに国内プロセスへの転換
• 事業活動の継続的な監視、および事業モデルまたは個別取引の審査と承認
• 内部および外部監査の指揮とサポート
• 輸出許可プロセスの責任（許可要件の決定、申請書の作成、許可の監視を含む）
• 日本の輸出管理分類の審査と監査
• 国内輸出管理法の変更の監視と、グローバル輸出管理ガバナンスチームとの継続的な連携
• みなし輸出取引の評価に対する責任
• 契約、NDA、見積書における輸出管理条項/文言のレビューと更新

As part of the global Export Control Officer team, you will be responsible for monitoring, assessing, and managing export control risks associated with our business activities the global Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) solutions business for residential and light commercial buildings from group company. The acquisition is part of Bosch Group’s Energy and Building Technology business sector.  You will be:

• Responsibility for compliance with global and national export control regulations and policies
• Actively monitoring and tracking from proposed rules/regulations changes, communicating impact to the organization, and providing solutions to mitigate export compliance risk exposure.
• Implementation and monitoring of the requirements of the Bosch Global Standards and Procedures within his/her area of responsibility and translation into national processes.
• Continuous monitoring of business activities as well as review and release of business models or individual transactions
• Steering and support of internal and external audits
• Responsible for export license process including determination of license requirement, preparation submissions and monitoring of licenses
• Review and audit of JP Export Control Classification
• Monitoring of national export control law changes and continuous alignment with the global export control governance team
• Responsibility to evaluate deemed export transactions
• Review and update Export Control contract clause/language in agreements, NDA's, quotes

• 法学、国際貿易、工学、またはその他の関連分野における学士号
• EU、米国、および適用される国内法に関連する規制に準拠した輸出管理および制裁コンプライアンスにおける8年以上の関連知識と実務経験
• 地域およびグローバルの方針とプロセスについて、社内顧客にアドバイスする経験と能力
• SAP / GTSの知識、または同等のシステム経験
• 組織のあらゆるレベル（幹部を含む、部門横断的なチーム）で働く能力

• Bachelor’s degree in law, international trade and business, engineering or other relevant areas
• 8+ years of relevant knowledge and working experience in export control and sanctions compliance according to EU, US, and applicable national laws related regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to advise internal customers on regional and global policies and processes
• SAP / GTS knowledge or equivalent system 
• Ability to work across all levels of an organization (including executive and with cross-functional teams)
• Team player attitude
• Strong customer orientation
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Japanese
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
