Über Sie und diese Position:

Wir suchen eine/einen motivierten und detailorientierte/n Studenten/in im Bereich Regulatory Affairs (Genehmigungswesen), um unser Team am Standort Stade, Deutschland, zu verstärken.

In dieser Position unterstützen Sie unser Regulatory-Affairs-Team bei der Sicherstellung der Einhaltung lokaler und nationaler gesetzlicher Regularien. Dies ist eine ausgezeichnete Gelegenheit für Studierende, die derzeit ein Studium z. B. der Umweltwissenschaften oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet absolvieren, praktische Erfahrungen in einem dynamischen und schnelllebigen Arbeitsumfeld zu sammeln.

Aufgaben:

• Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Einreichung genehmigungsrelevanter Dokumente und Anträge
• Recherche zu gesetzl. Anforderungen und Richtlinien
• Unterstützung des Regulatory-Teams bei der Überwachung und Nachverfolgung gesetzlicher Änderungen
• Pflege und Aktualisierung von Datenbanken und Unterlagen
• Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams zur Sicherstellung der Compliance
• Teilnahme an Abteilungsmeetings sowie Übernahme administrativer Unterstützung

Qualifikationen:

• Eingeschrieben als Student/in in einem Bachelor- oder Masterstudiengang in Umweltwissenschaften, Umwelttechnik oder sonst. geeigneten Fachgebieten
• Strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte organisatorische und analytische Fähigkeiten
• Fähigkeit, selbstständig sowie auch im Team zu arbeiten
• Muttersprachliche Kenntnisse der deutschen und gute Kenntnisse der englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift
• Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Wünschenswerte Zusatzqualifikationen:

• Erste praktische Erfahrung durch eine Berufsausbildung oder Praktika im Bereich Genehmigungswesen, Planungsbüro o. vgl.
• Grundkenntnisse zu gesetzlichen Anforderungen und Richtlinien
• Gute mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
• Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie Problemlösungskompetenz

Zusätzliche Hinweise:

• Eine Unterstützung bei Umzug oder Visum wird für diese Position nicht angeboten.
• Ein Start ist zwischen Juli und Dezember 2026 für eine Dauer von 6 bis 12 Monaten möglich (genauer Zeitraum nach Absprache).
