Job Description

Save the Children seeks a legal officer for its Coast Region programme based in Mombasa. Focus on child rights, juvenile justice, and child protection legal interventions. Work with communities in Mombasa, Kilifi, and Kwale counties.

Responsibilities

Provide legal representation for children in conflict with the law. Support child protection case management and referral systems. Conduct legal awareness on children's rights in communities. Liaise with children's courts and probation officers.

Requirements

LLB degree. 2+ years experience in child rights, juvenile justice, or family law. Knowledge of the Children Act 2022. Willingness to travel within Coast Region.
