Job Description

Armstrongs Attorneys Botswana invites applications from recently admitted advocates for a Commercial Associate position in its Gaborone office. You will support senior lawyers on corporate transactions, property law and general commercial matters.

Responsibilities

Draft and review commercial contracts and leases
Assist with conveyancing and property transactions
Conduct legal research and prepare client opinions
Support senior partners in dispute resolution matters
