The Role   Palantir’s in-house legal team works to proactively address legal issues so that Palantir can continue to drive positive impact in the world. As Commercial/IP Counsel, you will be responsible for all aspects of commercial contracting, including deal structuring, and drafting, review, and negotiation of revenue generating contracts. In particular, you will be an Intellectual Property subject matter expert on the commercial contracting team, owning strategic licensing transactions, Intellectual Property components of corporate transactions, and other complex Intellectual Property transactions. You will also be integral to developing scalable infrastructure for providing legal support to Palantir's rapidly growing portfolio of commercial customers, and play a strategic role in helping Palantir achieve its goals in a time of dynamic growth. You will be responsible for all aspects of advising Palantir's product development and technical implementation teams on Intellectual Property matters including open source software management, building with in-licensed components, safeguarding and growing Palantir's Intellectual Property portfolio, and product marketing matters.
