We are looking for someone with strong investigative instincts and the ability to navigate and resolve sophisticated AML/CTF cases with precision and sound judgment. If you're passionate about compliance and want to make a tangible impact in one of the world's leading crypto platforms, this is a great opportunity to grow alongside the team.   What You’ll Be Doing Support the establishment and maintenance of Compliance Operations in accordance with MASAK laws and regulation.  Manage end-to-end AML/CTF case workflows, including the review, investigation, and disposition of transaction monitoring alerts. Conduct thorough case analysis, document findings, and escalate cases where suspicious activity is identified. Support the generation and maintenance of suspicious transaction reports (STRs), collaborating with cross-functional teams for effective communication with MASAK. Review and investigate alerts generated by transaction monitoring systems, applying sound AML/CTF judgment to distinguish genuine suspicious activity from false positives. Maintain accurate and audit-ready case documentation throughout the investigation lifecycle. What We Look For In You Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in AML/CTF case management and transaction monitoring, including end-to-end alert review, investigation, and disposition within a regulated financial institution, fintech, or cryptocurrency platform. Demonstrated ability to independently manage AML/CTF cases from alert generation through to SAR/STR filing decisions, with a strong understanding of AML typologies and red flag indicators. Background in technology-driven, fintech, financial services, or regulated environments (crypto experience is a plus but not mandatory). Solid understanding of AML/CTF frameworks, compliance, risk, and internal controls, ideally within the Turkish regulatory environment. Experience working with transaction monitoring systems and case management platforms; ability to evaluate and tune alert parameters is an advantage. Familiarity with MASAK and SPK regulations or the ability to quickly learn and apply regulatory requirements. Experience or strong interest in data analysis, business analysis, automation, AI-enabled tools, or compliance systems. Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret regulatory requirements and translate them into operational processes. Well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage documentation and controls accurately. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
