Compliance Analyst — Financial Data & Consumer Protection (Remote)
Plaid is looking for a Compliance Analyst to join our growing legal and compliance team. You'll support compliance with financial data regulations, consumer protection laws, and data governance requirements.
This is a remote role open to candidates across the US. Plaid embraces flexible work with a distributed team collaborating through modern tools.

- Monitor compliance with consumer financial data regulations including FCRA and CFPB rules
- Conduct compliance reviews of product features and data handling practices
- Prepare compliance reports and regulatory filings
- Support audit processes and regulatory examinations
- Research emerging fintech regulations and advise on impact

Requirements
Bachelor's degree required; JD or compliance certification preferred. 1-3 years in compliance, financial regulation, or legal analysis. Knowledge of consumer financial protection regulations (FCRA, ECOA, UDAAP). Strong analytical and research skills. Excellent written communication for distributed team collaboration.
