About the Role
Roche Kenya is seeking a Compliance Associate to join their team on a 1-year fixed-term contract. The role provides critical support for the Compliance Lead, ensuring adherence to healthcare compliance requirements, managing stakeholder engagements, and coordinating compliance events.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage healthcare professional and organization engagement processes, including Fair Market Value calculations and Transfer of Value management (70% of role)
- Draft, review, and finalize contracts with stakeholder alignment and secure storage
- Serve as contact point for compliance inquiries and support policy development
- Assist with drafting procedures, guidelines, and stakeholder training initiatives
- Develop compliance monitoring activities and prepare regular reports for management
- Track compliance issues and identify healthcare compliance risks and mitigation opportunities
- Coordinate logistical aspects of stakeholder engagement events (30% of role)
- Manage internal and external communications for compliance initiatives

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or related field
- 2-4 years experience in compliance, legal, or audit roles
- Healthcare or pharmaceutical industry background preferred
- Strong understanding of healthcare compliance regulations in Kenya
- Excellent contract drafting and review skills
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
- Proficiency with compliance management systems and tools
Compensation
KSh120,000 - KSh180,000/month
