Compliance Associate — Healthcare

About the Role

Roche Kenya is seeking a Compliance Associate to join their team on a 1-year fixed-term contract. The role provides critical support for the Compliance Lead, ensuring adherence to healthcare compliance requirements, managing stakeholder engagements, and coordinating compliance events.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage healthcare professional and organization engagement processes, including Fair Market Value calculations and Transfer of Value management (70% of role)
• Draft, review, and finalize contracts with stakeholder alignment and secure storage
• Serve as contact point for compliance inquiries and support policy development
• Assist with drafting procedures, guidelines, and stakeholder training initiatives
• Develop compliance monitoring activities and prepare regular reports for management
• Track compliance issues and identify healthcare compliance risks and mitigation opportunities
• Coordinate logistical aspects of stakeholder engagement events (30% of role)
• Manage internal and external communications for compliance initiatives

• Manage healthcare stakeholder engagement processes
• Draft, review, and finalize compliance contracts

• Train stakeholders on compliance procedures

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or related field
• 2-4 years experience in compliance, legal, or audit roles
• Healthcare or pharmaceutical industry background preferred
• Strong understanding of healthcare compliance regulations in Kenya
• Excellent contract drafting and review skills
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
• Proficiency with compliance management systems and tools
