Compliance Coordinator

ROLE OVERVIEW The Compliance Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and driving the day-to-day execution of Pivot’s project compliance system using Procore as the system of record to ensure that every project meets Safety, Beginning of Construction requirements, IRA PWA (Prevailing Wage & Apprenticeship), Domestic Content, FEOC, and other reportable compliance requirements through consistent workflow management, evidence capture, reporting, and escalation across internal teams and external partners. This role will also coordinate and ensure the compliance of any and all other policy changes that impact compliance of renewable energy projects. This is a collaborative role interfacing with legal accounting, project finance, project management, preconstruction, procurement, commercial operations and various external stakeholders.
