GIFT City, Gujarat

We are looking for a high-energy, execution-oriented Compliance Officer to support and scale our US Stocks business under Groww IFSC, a GAP-licensed entity regulated by IFSCA. This role requires a strong blend of compliance rigor, business tracking capability, stakeholder management, and program execution excellence.

The ideal candidate should be polished, articulate, regulator-facing, and capable of independently owning critical compliance and operational reporting responsibilities for the business.

Compliance & Regulatory Management

• Own and track all key business and compliance metrics for the US Stocks business
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of regulatory reports and disclosures to IFSCA and other applicable authorities
• Act as a key point of contact for regulator interactions, audits, inspections, and ongoing compliance discussions
• Maintain strong governance standards across business operations

• Drive program management for strategic and operational initiatives within the US Stocks business
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across compliance, operations, product, and business teams
• Bring strong execution rigor to ensure business growth and operational scalability
• Track progress, identify risks, and ensure timely closure of action items

• Strong understanding of compliance, governance, and reporting frameworks within financial services
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Confident in regulator-facing interactions
• High ownership mindset with strong execution capabilities
• Strong analytical and business tracking orientation
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

• Experience in IFSC/GIFT City entities, capital markets, brokerage, fintech, or international investment products
• Exposure to regulatory reporting and stakeholder management within regulated financial institutions
• 4–5 years of relevant experience
• Candidates must already be based in GIFT City or currently working within the IFSC or  ecosystem
