Compliance Officer

Your contribution to something big:
Compliance responsibility for Bosch business in Central Asia and Caucasian countries – Kazakhstan, Georgia, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan,Tajikistan, Mongolia, Armenia, Azerbajan, Kirgyzstan- (position is located in Istanbul/ Türkiye). Ensuring that the various divisions within the region are conducting business in full compliance with all national and international laws and regulations that pertain to their industry, as well as professional standards, accepted business practices and internal standards, with task scope details as below:

• Compliance Risk Management, e.g. periodic risk analysis, risk monitoring and mitigation, with a focus on anti-corruption, as well as carrying out measures to monitor and mitigate risks with focus towards third-party relationships (“business partner due diligence”) and new business models.
• Competent partner for providing sustainable compliant business solutions to business and associates
• Consultant and point of contact for all compliance relevant topics
• Responsibility to follow up on the development of local law and proactive communication with concerned stakeholders.
• Conducting compliance investigations, responsible for Compliance case management
• Compliance communication with internal and external parties
• Organization / Realization/ Tracking of compliance trainings
• Responsible for compliance awareness activities
• Local implementation and adaptation of compliance policies, guidelines and procedures
• Implementation and coordination of Central projects within the region

• University degree
• Minimum 4 years of work experience preferably in compliance / legal services / audit or other related fields
• Open for traveling (not frequent)
• Fluent in English
• Good level of IT skills and knowledge
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication and cooperation abilities with associates at all levels 
• Ability to work independently using own initiative
• Customer orientated and highly motivated
• Ethical and principled, fair and modest, flexible, proactive, high willingness to perform and take responsibility, diligent, confident
