CRH plc is seeking a Compliance Paralegal to join the Group Legal and Compliance team in Dublin. You will support the compliance function across CRH's global operations, assisting with competition law compliance, anti-bribery programmes, and sanctions screening.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the rollout and monitoring of compliance programmes across 25+ countries
• Assist with competition law and anti-trust compliance training
• Conduct sanctions and PEP screening for business partners
• Maintain compliance records and reporting systems
• Prepare compliance reports for management and the Board
• Assist with internal investigations and whistleblower reports

Requirements

• Law degree or paralegal qualification
• 1-3 years experience in compliance or legal support
• Knowledge of competition law, anti-bribery legislation, and sanctions regimes
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Experience with compliance management systems
• Excellent written communication skills
