Role Overview  

You will be a key point of person for the entire CPTW on the recall program in operation, whether in routine monitoring or the execution of recall cases and continuously optimize processes in collaboration with stakeholders.
On the other hand, you will also be responsible for managing routine declaration operations to meet the requirements of various regulatory authorities.

 

What You Will Do 

  • Optimize processes to more efficiently monitor global recall information and ensure consumer’s safety.
  • As the primary coordinator, collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the recall process is completed within the specified timeframe, includes Legal team, Compliance policy team, PR team, Customer Service team, Business Management team, FC... etc.
  • Ensure documentation complies with internal policy requirements and track case progress.
  • Ensure compliance with declaration requirements as mandated by the competent authority. Currently focused on food categories(import Infant formula), but future expansion may extend beyond this category.
  • May be responsible for managing and developing the Recall team.

Basic Qualifications  

  1. Background -
    • A minimum of 7 years of related experience in food or cosmetics regulatory practice, or background and knowledge in related fields, Experience in executing or managing recall cases for retailers or EC is preferred.
  2. Communication Excellence -
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, both in Mandarin and English.
    • Ability to provide clear, concise, and actionable instructions.
    • Comfortable communicating with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
    • Skilled at simplifying complex issues into structured, easy-to-understand messages.
  3. Follow-up & Case Management Discipline
    • Excellent follow-up skills to ensure every case progresses timely and appropriately.
    • Highly organized in tracking case statuses and meeting deadlines.
    • Proactive in escalating issues or delays when needed.
    • Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously with high attention to detail.
  4. Analytical & Critical Thinking
    • Strong analytical skills to assess case risks, gaps, and inconsistencies.
    • Ability to review evidence objectively and identify key issues.
    • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to propose practical solutions.
    • Comfortable making logical decisions under limited information.
  5. Compliance Mindset
    • Demonstrates sound judgment and integrity in handling sensitive or confidential information.
    • Strong understanding of compliance principles, risk mitigation, and regulatory expectations.
    • Ability to apply policy frameworks objectively and consistently.
    • Willingness to ask clarifying questions to ensure full compliance and accuracy.
