Consumer Protection Officer — VCCA, Da Nang Representative Office

The VCCA is expanding its consumer protection enforcement to central Vietnam through its Da Nang representative office. You will handle consumer complaints, investigate unfair commercial practices, and conduct market surveillance in the Da Nang and central Vietnam region.

This is a government position offering meaningful impact on consumer welfare in one of Vietnam's fastest-growing regions.

• Receive and investigate consumer complaints about defective products and unfair practices
• Conduct market surveillance and inspections of retail and e-commerce businesses
• Prepare investigation reports and recommend enforcement actions
• Organise consumer rights awareness campaigns in Da Nang and surrounding provinces
• Liaise with provincial Departments of Industry and Trade on enforcement cooperation
• Compile data and reports on consumer protection trends in central Vietnam

• 1-3 years' experience in consumer protection, regulatory enforcement, or legal advisory
• Knowledge of the Consumer Protection Law 2023 and Competition Law 2018
• Understanding of unfair commercial practices, product liability, and advertising regulations
• Cử nhân Luật or relevant degree
• Fluent Vietnamese; basic English
• Willingness to travel within central Vietnam for market surveillance activities
