Job Description

Contract Management Lawyer - Infrastructure and PPP

White & Case LLP Riyadh is seeking a Contract Management Lawyer to advise on public-private partnerships (PPPs), infrastructure projects, and government procurement contracts linked to Vision 2030.

Role Overview

Saudi Arabia's National Center for Privatization and PPP (NCP) is driving the privatization of key sectors including healthcare, education, transportation, and water. You will advise on concession agreements, project finance documentation, and regulatory frameworks governing PPPs in the Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise on PPP transaction structuring, concession agreements, and government procurement
  • Draft and negotiate EPC contracts, O&M agreements, and project finance documents
  • Advise lenders and sponsors on project finance for Vision 2030 infrastructure projects
  • Review and negotiate government contracts in compliance with the Government Tenders and Procurement Law
  • Advise on regulatory approvals from the National Center for Privatization and sector regulators
  • Support dispute resolution for construction and infrastructure claims

Requirements

  • LLB/JD from a top-tier university; LLM in project finance, construction law, or PPPs preferred
  • 5-9 years of experience in infrastructure, PPP, or project finance transactions
  • Knowledge of the Saudi Government Tenders and Procurement Law
  • Experience with FIDIC contracts and project finance documentation
  • English fluency required; Arabic an advantage
