Job Description
Contract Manager — SaaS & Technology Agreements (Fully Remote)
Zapier, one of the pioneering all-remote companies, is hiring a Contract Manager to manage our commercial agreements. You'll review, negotiate, and manage contracts across our partnership and enterprise sales channels.

What You'll Do:
- Review and negotiate SaaS subscription agreements, partnership contracts, and vendor agreements
- Manage contract lifecycle from drafting through execution and renewal
- Build and maintain contract templates, playbooks, and clause libraries
- Collaborate with sales, partnerships, and procurement teams on deal support
- Identify and mitigate contractual risks across the agreement portfolio

Responsibilities
Review and negotiate commercial agreements. Build scalable contract templates and playbooks. Manage contract lifecycle and renewals. Support cross-functional teams with deal structuring. Track contract metrics and report on portfolio health.
Requirements
JD, paralegal certificate, or equivalent legal training. 3-5 years in contract management, commercial law, or legal operations. Experience with SaaS/technology agreements and licensing terms. Proficiency with CLM tools and document management systems. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
