Job Description
PT Pertamina (Persero) is hiring a Contract Specialist for its Downstream Operations division at the headquarters on Jalan Medan Merdeka Timur, Central Jakarta. You will manage commercial contracts for Pertamina's refining, distribution, and retail operations covering fuel, LPG, lubricants, and petrochemicals across Indonesia's extensive fuel station network.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate supply agreements, distribution contracts, and franchise agreements for SPBU stations
- Review EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) contracts for refinery projects
- Advise on procurement compliance with state-owned enterprise (BUMN) procurement regulations
- Manage contract disputes and coordinate with external counsel on litigation
- Maintain contract management system and track renewal timelines
Requirements
- LLB from a recognised Indonesian university
- 3-5 years experience in commercial contracts, energy law, or procurement
- Knowledge of BUMN procurement regulations and UU Pengadaan
- Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills
- Experience in oil and gas sector preferred
Responsibilities
Draft supply and distribution contracts, review EPC contracts, advise on BUMN procurement, manage disputes, maintain CMS
Requirements
LLB, 3-5 years commercial contracts/energy law, BUMN procurement knowledge, O&G experience preferred
