Job Description

C.F. Otieno & Co. Advocates seeks a Conveyancing Associate to handle property transactions, land transfers, and succession matters in the Eldoret office. The role involves significant client interaction with property developers, landowners, and financial institutions in Uasin Gishu County.

Responsibilities

Conduct title searches and due diligence on property transactions, Draft sale agreements, transfers, and charge documents, Handle succession and probate matters, Liaise with the Eldoret Land Registry and banks, Advise clients on land use regulations in Uasin Gishu County

Requirements

LLB degree, Admitted to the Kenya Bar, 1-3 years experience in conveyancing or property law, Knowledge of Land Registration Act and Land Act, Strong attention to detail
