Job Description

Corpus Legal Practitioners is seeking a Corporate Lawyer to advise on commercial transactions, M&A, joint ventures and corporate restructuring for blue-chip clients across Zambia and the region.

You will work closely with senior partners on high-value deals and build lasting client relationships in Zambia's growing commercial sector.

Responsibilities

Advise clients on M&A transactions and joint ventures
Draft and review commercial contracts and shareholders agreements
Conduct due diligence and prepare legal opinions
Liaise with regulatory bodies including PACRA

Requirements

LLB degree from a recognised university
Admitted to the Zambian Bar
Minimum 3 years post-admission experience in corporate/commercial law
Strong drafting and negotiation skills
