A&L Goodbody is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join our busy corporate department in Dublin. You will provide essential support to the corporate and M&A teams, assisting with transaction management, company secretarial work, and document preparation.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with M&A transaction management and deal closings
- Prepare Companies Registration Office (CRO) filings and company secretarial documents
- Maintain corporate records and statutory registers
- Conduct due diligence reviews on corporate transactions
- Assist with KYC and anti-money laundering checks
- Support the team with document management and proofreading

Requirements
Requirements
- Diploma in Legal Studies or equivalent paralegal qualification
- 1-3 years experience as a corporate paralegal
- Knowledge of Irish Companies Act 2014 and CRO procedures
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems
- Law degree from UCD, Trinity, or equivalent is advantageous
