Job Description
Busy debt recovery practice seeks a lawyer to manage a portfolio of collection matters for banking and financial institution clients. Handle demand letters, statutory demands, winding up petitions, and insolvency proceedings.
Responsibilities
Manage debt recovery portfolio for banking clients. Draft demand letters and statutory notices. File winding up and bankruptcy petitions. Handle asset tracing and enforcement of judgments.
Requirements
LLB degree. Advocate of the High Court. 2-3 years in debt recovery, banking litigation, or insolvency law. Knowledge of the Insolvency Act 2015.
