Position Overview
Job Description
What you’ll work on:
With this 6-month Digitalization Internship in the Quality area, you will support the Quality team in improving processes, monitoring, and decision-making through digital tools, data analysis, and automation.
- You will work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment, with the goal of maintaining and evolving existing Power BI dashboards, automating low value-added activities, and enabling the team to focus on higher-impact tasks.
- You will contribute to the digital evolution of Quality processes, proposing ideas and practical solutions to increase data visibility, speed, and reliability.
Take on responsibility, you will:
- Maintain, optimize, and document Power BI dashboards and reports related to Quality KPIs
- Use AI-based tools to simplify repetitive tasks (e.g. reporting, data preparation, analysis)
- Develop new visualizations and reports for Quality and non-technical stakeholders, making data accessible and actionable.
- Act as a bridge between business needs and digital solutions: translate requirements into clear, testable specifications; support testing and releases.
- Work in an international environment, interacting with colleagues worldwide.
What distinguishes you?
Education: Master’s student or recent graduate in Informatic/Management/Industrial Engineering with Digital/Data Analytics specialization, or similar fields, with a strong interest in Quality processes and digital transformation.
Know-how and skills:
- Basic knowledge of data analysis and digital tools.
- Interest in automation, AI, and business intelligence; (hands-on experience is a plus, not mandatory).
- Familiarity with Power BI (Power Query, DAX) and advanced Excel; knowledge of SQL and/or Python is an advantage.
- Knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem; Power Automate/Power Apps and SharePoint are a plus.
- Understanding of operational processes and cross-functional collaboration.
Personality and soft skills:
- Strong attention to detail and data quality.
- Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactive mindset: not just execution, but proposing concrete improvements.
- Curiosity, willingness to learn, and a practical, problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- Languages: Fluent Italian; good knowledge of English (B2/C1
What We Offer:
- Duration: 6 Months Full Time Internship
- Internships foresee reimbursement at Bosch Italia. Depending on the level of your education, you will reimbursed with 700/900 euros (gross)/month;
